Pathways – Upskilling by Creating individualized Learning Pathways


  • To develop a toolkit for adult education and career professionals who work with unemployed low skilled adults (final beneficiaries). The toolkit will serve
    the purpose of helping these two categories of professionals (direct target group) in recognising basic skills acquired through informal or non-formal learning contexts, as a means to improve the employability of the final beneficiaries.


  • Working on intellectual outputs (analysis of current state, tools for educatng adults, course development, e-learning platforme, pilot phase).

Project duration is between 1. 11. 2020 until 31. 10. 2022. It is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
